  1. Stand on a sheet of paper, heel against a wall. Measure at the end of the day, when feet are at their largest.
  2. Mark the tip of your longest toe, then measure from the wall to that mark in centimetres.
  3. Measure both feet and keep the larger figure. Match it to the « Foot length » column above.
